Senior Manager, Process ScienceLocation:

Skillman NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.What you will doLeadership and Strategy:Provide technical support in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for cost reduction and critical initiatives.Technical Execution:Use scientific principles to resolve sophisticated technical challenges while being able to articulate complex subject matter in clear, concise terms.Executional Excellence:Ensure consistent execution of a single, standardized process across all operations.Product Development:Collaborate closely with Quality and R&D teams to ensure seamless transitions through new product development lifecycle.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Supply Chain, R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments.Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify and assess risks related to process changes, scalability, and compliance.Stakeholder Communication:Provide regular updates to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.Team Development:Provide direction and mentorship to scientists and co-ops.What we are looking forRequired Qualifications:Minimum of a B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific field.At least 4 years of experience in Consumer, OTC or Pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred. GMP experience is preferred.
