possible travel to study start-up meetingsWhat you will do:Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional and sensitive manner handling financial information, research project information, research proposals, IRB paperwork.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailComputer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power PointFamiliarity with clinical data is preferable.Provides clinical care services including consenting, treating and monitoring of patientsRecruit and screen candidates for clinical trialsAcquire past medical and medication history profilesDispense research drug to patients according to protocol.Utilize electronic capture to update patient information.Helps to oversee clinical data for audits and oversight visitsPerform a variety of research, data entry and regulatory duties of a routine and technical nature related to departmental research endeavorsEnsure adherence to protocols and quality of information receivedIdentifying and screening study participants, enroll subjects to the trials in adherence with the protocolAssist with budget proposals and study budget trackingAssist with study time reportingEnsure compliance with local, state and Federal regulations for the protection of human subjectsComplete regulatory submissions/revisions for the Institutional Review Board (IRB)What you will need:Bachelor's degree required, in the fields of social, biological or healthcare sciences preferred1-5 years of research experienceExperience with phlebotomy, ECG and pharmacy practices preferredBenefits:Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and DevelopmentVarious Medical, Dental, and Vision optionsTuition ReimbursementFree Parking at designated locationsWellness Program Savings PlanHealth Savings Account OptionsRetirement Options with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Holiday PayCommunity Involvement Opportunities
