General ResponsibilitiesThe Center for Hospitality and Culinary Studies, which is an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Accredited program, is seeking adjunct instructors for employment in Baking and Pastries for the Spring, Summer, and Fall terms.

Work PerformedCandidate must have strong instructional and leadership skills in the pastry field. He/she should have the skill set to teach one or more of the following courses: Baking and Pastry, Artisan Breads, Advanced Baking and Pastry, Candies Confections and Showpieces, and Cake Decoration and Quantity Bakeshop Production. Adjunct instructors must also engage in general college responsibilities within and outside the division.

Other Knowledge RequiredQualified applicants must have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from a reputable institute, be serve-safe certified, and preferably ACF chef level certified.
