Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL or East Peoria, IL or Pontiac, IL or Griffin, GARelocation Assistance is AvailableRole Definition:To serve as an individual contributor on Environmental, Health and/or Safety (EHS) projects and assignments that support and enhance Caterpillar facility performance and compliance.What you will do:Identifies common safety/health/environmental hazards inherent in the organization's operations and establishes guidelines for protection from those hazards.Ensures EHS training is completed to comply with regulatory requirements or in support of facility, division, or enterprise objectives.Audits safety/health/environmental programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions.Monitors periodic performance reports for trends and conditions and alerts line management to problems.Education:4 year College or University degree.EHS related field is desired and Technical majors are acceptable.Top Candidates will also have:EHS related certifications.Manufacturing experience.What you have:Sustainability:

Working Knowledge of approaches for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational problems.Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance:

Extensive Knowledge of EHS policies; ability to implement EHS policies to ensure safety and compliance.Additional Information:This position can be located in any of the following locations: Lafayette, IN – Mossville, IL – East Peoria, IL – Pontiac, IL – Griffin, GA.Travel up to 50% is possible.Domestic relocation is available.Sponsorship is not available for this position.Posting Dates:
