If you’re dedicated, dependable and driven to deliver exceptional guest service, this is the place for you!What you get to do:Inspect, maintain, install, and repair rides and attractions.Repair and inspect elevators and moving walkways in the park.Enthusiastically represent SeaWorld by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectations, and needs.Perform daily inspections on rides, attractions, elevators, and moving walkways.Disassemble motors and their controls.Work on computer-controlled equipment.Fill out inspection and work order forms and clean ride areas.Use, store, and dispose of paint, oil, solvents, and other chemicals.Use micrometers, calipers, volt ohmmeters, and other precise measuring devices.Work on and around high-pressure hydraulic systems.Maintain and repair gears, gearboxes, and gear motors.Work with PLC programmable controllers.Disassemble and overhaul hydraulic power units, accumulators, and associated system controls.Work with low voltage electrical systems.Other duties as assigned.What it takes to succeed:A minimum of 3 years related experience.High school diploma or equivalent.At least 18 years of age.Have and maintain a valid California driver's license; out of state residents, active military, their dependents, and students are required to have a valid driver’s license from their state of residency and provide a copy of the DMV report.Tool Ownership and Storage:

Candidates for this position are required to provide their own set of tools and a secure storage solution for these tools.Able to complete the Company Vehicle Driver Training class and obtain a SWC driver’s license.Able to positively interact with guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds, and/or language and individuals with special needs.Know proper use of hand tools.Able to work on compressors, air dryers, pneumatic valves, controls, and other pneumatic systems.Basic computer knowledge.Able to work with equipment at high elevations.Able to pass a maintenance certification exam on all rides that are maintained; must be able to pass an annual quality assurance examination or audit.Strong mathematical skills; add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write, and speak English.Availability:Will be assigned to work night shift for a full month.Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings.Compensation:
