Executive Chef position available at a premier private golf club in beautiful Oro Valley, Arizona. Oversee all culinary staff, responsible for scheduling, time keeping management, menu planning and costing, mentor existing culinary staff, ensure prompt quality dishes for lunch and dinner service. Requires pride in presentation and flavor profiles. Menu writing skills a must for ala carte and event menus.
