As a Core Test Development Engineer, you will be responsible for participating in and leading the development, debug and maintenance of test programs that help deliver Micron's world-class NAND portfolio to market. A 'Core' test engineer is specifically focused on the health and quality of the memory cells on both RND vehicles as well as production designs. As test engineers, we must constantly evolve and apply the right technology and testing solution to be successful! We need your passion and excitement to help take the team to the next level!ResponsibilitiesDevelop, debug, and support test programs from new product introduction phase up through high volume manufacturingWrite test programs and support scripts in C++, PythonContribute input and feedback to help define next generation 'design for test' capabilitiesAnalyze device and test flow data to make informed test coverage decisionsBalance test time objectives while maintaining optimal yield and qualityCollaborate with partners in Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, Global Quality, Systems Integration Group, and Equipment Engineering teams to deliver the right test solutionQualificationsBasic R/L/C circuit knowledgeDigital systems and logic gate representationUnderstanding of CMOS transistor operationIntermediate to advanced programming capability [C++ or Python]Basic Unix / Linux environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic statistics and data analyticsEducationPursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
