Join our Core Data Center Business Unit (CDBU) as an Ecosystem Partner Manager, where you will help define and implement Micron's storage and memory vision for data center market segments. You will partner with external ecosystem collaborators and coordinate internally with engineering, product management, marketing, and sales teams to develop leading storage and memory solutions. Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners and Micron product management to develop better solutions, including regular strategy meetings. Understand the Micron SSD and DIMM/memory roadmaps and ensure alignment with product management to optimize execution. Lead initiatives to develop a proven partner ecosystem with clear fiscal benefits for Micron. Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned partners, their market segments, and emerging technologies. Demonstrate thought leadership by showcasing the ecosystem's value. Stay informed about internal roadmaps and technological futures of key partners. Drive product qualification on reference design platforms at chipset accounts to enable customer design wins. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, leverage opportunities, and co-market with partners. Communicate regularly across the organization to ensure understanding and alignment on partner initiatives. Negotiate and execute NDAs and contracts with partners in a timely manner. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Program management skills to coordinate processes across a matrixed organization. Strong communication skills in English, capable of engaging with executives. Technical knowledge of SSD/NAND technologies, storage/compute architectures; knowledge of memory technologies is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. 8+ years of professional experience in technical marketing, system engineering, application engineering, business development, or ecosystem partner management. Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives involving senior executives. Familiarity with the ecosystem of computer and PCIe silicon providers in the USA. The estimated US base salary range for this full-time position is: $157,000 - $309,000 Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Actual pay depends on factors like experience, skills, and education. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
