DINING ROOM MANAGER

As a dining room manager, you'd be responsible for ensuring that members have pleasurable dining experiences. Your duties may include resolving member complaints, monitoring service times, and managing reservations. You'd also manage behind the scenes to make sure that food and beverage service runs smoothly by directing, scheduling, and training waitstaff.

Dining Room Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Report directly to General Manager & Events Manager

Examine the dining rooms before each meal service and ensure they are ready with all the necessary supplies

Manage staff schedules and encourage top-notch member service

Resolve member complaints

Create daily expense reports and sales summaries

Dining Room Manager Requirements and Qualifications

2+ years of work experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant

Extensive knowledge of front-of-house operations, including the financial aspects

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High school or equivalent (Required)

Fine Dining: 1 year (Preferred)

Restaurant Management: 2 years (Required)

Up to $62,000.00 per year
