We're on the hunt for an experienced

Patent Litigation Associate

to join our client's team in

San Diego . The ideal candidate will have

3+ years of patent litigation experience

and a background in

electrical engineering

or

computer science . This role involves handling all aspects of patent litigation, from

Markman hearings

and

technical analysis

to

discovery management

and

trial preparation . If you're passionate about intellectual property and litigation strategy, we want to meet you!AM Law 100 Requirement:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have recently worked at one of the

AM Law 100 firms . To verify if your firm qualifies, please check this

AM Law 100 list . Only candidates who have worked at these top firms will be considered for this opportunity.Your Mission:

Prepare and handle

trial of patent matters , including

Markman hearings .Conduct

technical analysis

of products and patents.Manage all aspects of

discovery preparation , including document review and production.Work closely with

experts

and assist with their reports and depositions.Conduct and defend

depositions

of witnesses and experts.Draft

pleadings, motions , and other litigation-related documents.Collaborate with team members and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.Core Competencies:

Patent Litigation Expertise : Proven experience in handling patent litigation, including trial preparation, Markman hearings, and discovery management.Technical Background : Preferred experience in

electrical engineering ,

computer science , or a related field.Communication & Collaboration : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.Client Relationship Management : Professionalism in engaging with clients and managing their litigation needs.What You Bring:

Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM

from an ABA-accredited law school.Admitted to or eligible for admission in

California .3+ years of patent litigation experience

in district court and/or before the

International Trade Commission (ITC) .Technical background

in

electrical engineering ,

computer science , or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational skills with

attention to detail .Ability to collaborate effectively in
