Employment Law Associate
to join our client's team in
Boston . This role involves
4+ years of employment litigation experience
with responsibilities that include handling all aspects of employment litigation, drafting employment policies and agreements, and providing counsel on HR-related compliance matters. If you're a skilled litigator with expertise in employment law and are looking for a challenging, growth-oriented role, we want to meet you!AM Law 100 Requirement:To be considered for this role, candidates must have recently worked at one of the

AM Law 100 list . Only candidates who have worked at these top firms will be considered for this opportunity.Your Mission:Handle all aspects of
employment litigation , including discrimination, leave, wage and hour disputes, non-compete, and breach of contract matters.Provide
employment and HR-related counseling , advising clients on compliance with complex employment laws and regulations.Draft and review
employment-related policies and agreements , including employee handbooks, employment agreements, and separation agreements.Conduct workplace
investigations
and deliver
compliance training
to employers.Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop strategies for managing and mitigating employment-related risks.Core Competencies:Employment Law Expertise : Proven experience in handling employment litigation and advising on HR-related compliance issues.Client Counseling : Strong ability to provide legal guidance on employment policies, agreements, and compliance matters.Litigation Skills : Skilled in managing employment disputes before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.Communication & Collaboration : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.What You Bring:Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM
from an ABA-accredited law school.Admitted or eligible for admission in
Massachusetts .4+ years of employment litigation experience
in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies.Strong organizational skills with
attention to detail .Ability to collaborate effectively in
team settings
and prioritize competing responsibilities.Work Environment & Benefits:Competitive salary
