Your Responsibilities

Design and develop custom wedding and event menus, including appetizers, entrees, desserts, and special dietary requestsOversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and high quality in every dishLead, mentor, and manage the kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staffManage inventory, order supplies, and work with vendors to ensure the freshest ingredientsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchenMonitor food costs and work within event budgets while maximizing profitabilityCollaborate with event planners and clients to create custom menus that align with the couple’s vision and themeMaintain strong relationships with local farmers, purveyors, and suppliers to source high-quality ingredientsDirect food presentation and service at weddings, ensuring smooth transitions and high service standardsConduct tastings for prospective couples and ensure client satisfaction through personalized and attentive serviceKeep up-to-date with culinary trends and implement innovative dishes that align with the venue’s style and standardsYou'll Enjoy These Benefits

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume event or hospitality settingCulinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen environmentExceptional knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and best practicesStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staffExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly under time constraintsAbility to create diverse, seasonal, and custom menus that cater to different tastes and dietary needsStrong financial acumen and ability to manage food costs effectivelyCommitment to food safety, cleanliness, and high-quality standardsStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments, such as event planners and serving staffFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and event-based hoursTogether, We Will Achieve
