Your Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing venue information and scheduling toursConduct venue tours, highlighting Morningside Inn’s unique features and services to prospective clientsBuild strong relationships with potential clients and close sales for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasionsPrepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing options, ensuring clear communication of package inclusions and policiesFollow up with leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and track all sales activity using CRM softwareCollaborate with the marketing team on strategies to attract new clients and increase booking ratesAttend wedding expos and industry events to promote Morningside Inn and generate leadsAssist in forecasting and meeting sales goals, and track progress against targetsEvent Planning & Coordination Responsibilities:Work closely with booked clients to plan the details of their event, including timelines, layouts, vendor coordination, and logisticsServe as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experienceConduct pre-event meetings and final walk-throughs with clients, vendors, and staff to confirm all event detailsCoordinate with vendors including florists, caterers, photographers, entertainment, and rental companies to ensure timely execution of event servicesOversee event day activities, including setup, ceremony, reception, and breakdown, ensuring smooth execution of all elementsTroubleshoot and manage any issues that arise during the event to ensure client satisfactionCollaborate with Morningside Inn’s catering and service staff to ensure that all events are executed at the highest standardProvide on-site assistance to clients during the event, managing timelines and event flowYou'll Enjoy These Benefits

Proven experience in event sales, planning, and coordination, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industryStrong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendorsExceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detailAbility to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines under pressureKnowledge of wedding trends, event logistics, and industry standardsProficiency in CRM software, event planning tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by event schedulesA passion for creating unforgettable experiences for clients and guestsTogether, We Will Achieve
