We are seeking to appoint appropriately qualified primary teachers to numerous positions across P-6, at our Bellarine, Belmont, Highton and Surf Coast campuses, commencing Term 1 – 2025. The successful candidates will join a highly professional, dynamic and dedicated team of teachers. We welcome both graduate and experienced teachers to apply for multiple full-time, ongoing positions.Our teachers work collaboratively and collegially, sharing creative pedagogy and resources to provide an education which stretches and challenges, nurtures and supports all students to achieve their personal best.Our Primary Years teachers implement an evidence-based approach to explicitly teach the skills for English and Mathematics, with students experiencing structured, sequential learning to support their academic growth.WHAT YOU BRING
Relevant and recognised tertiary qualifications.A passion for teaching and education and support for a student-centred approach to learning.Generalist teaching expertise and the ability to teach across a broad age and ability range.Knowledge and successful application of the Australian Curriculum and outcomes-based learning.Experience in teaching a Science of Learning approach would be an advantage.Positive classroom management skills and the ability to communicate effectively.Proven experience establishing and fostering relationships with students, staff and parents/carers.An authentic commitment to the wellbeing and pastoral care of students.A commitment in your everyday practice to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people, always.A willingness to embrace the Christian ethos of our school.WHAT WE OFFER
