Positions are available as determined by need and funding during the Fall, Winter, and/or Spring quarters of the 2024-2025 academic year, which begins September 16, 2024. Responsibilities include teaching courses in Ethnic Studies and comparative cultures, particularly course offerings that focus on the intersections of race, gender, and class in the U.S.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in an area of social science or humanities.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPh.D. or Ed.D. degree in an area of social science or humanities, with an emphasis in Ethnic Studies or Cultural Studies. Demonstrable college-level teaching experience in Ethnic Studies.SPECIAL CONDITIONSAll CSU employees are designated "mandated reporters" under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act.
