If so, we are looking for an Associate Talent Onboarding! The successful candidate in this role is responsible for the onboarding and profile management of talent nation-wide to be cast by Central Casting on TV shows and movies. This role handles sensitive information compliantly and shows discretion throughout the onboarding process. Members of this team work together while also interacting with both internal teams and talent, delivering excellent client service to people at all touch points.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEMP Trust/Form I-9 Knowledge:

Knowledge regarding acceptable and unacceptable documentation employees may present to use for the Form I-9. Apply this knowledge to ensure only those who present original unexpired documentation on the Lists of Acceptable Documents are advanced through the EMP Trust/Form I-9 platform. Reject invalid Form I-9 documents. Advance complete and correct Form I-9 documents through E-Verify. Resolve E-Verify mismatches with the talent.Able to review and process complex Form I-9 documents unassisted including immigration documents such as auto-extensions and Form I-94 documents.

In-Person Talent Onboarding:

Facilitate the onboarding process in-office to include reviewing digital documents, completing paper documents, taking a photograph of applicants and scanning and uploading documents.

Photo Approvals:

Review the photo approval queue within the casting platform throughout the day, meet department targets on number of processed photos per day, identify which photos are suitable for approval and which need to be rejected, correspond with talent regarding photo rejections.

Employment Approvals:

Review the employment approval queue within the casting platform throughout the day, move talent into the active casting pool when their profile becomes compliant, send welcome email.

Profile Management:

SAG-AFTRA updates, cast clearances, minor work permits, employment authorization changes, location transfer requests, employment form updates, EEO-1 reviews, start card failures, and all profile changes as they arise.Understands and performs the necessary variable tasks depending on the location of the talent they are onboarding as required by state law. Ex: In CA and NY assign anti-harassment training.

Reporting:

Maintain data by completing daily reports regarding progress, metrics, and onboarding trends.

Team Assignments:

Respond to voicemails, support team escalations, solve onboarding inquiries from other teams, help clients with onboarding requests, interact with talent in-person as needed.

Mentoring and training:

Able to mentor and train new employees on the typical daily functions of the position.

Expedience and accuracy:

Able to perform all aspects of talent onboarding in an effective and efficient manner, hitting daily onboarding targets as established by management.
