Are you looking for the next opportunity to revolutionize an industry? If so, we are looking for a Vice President of Product Management! As the Vice President of Product Management at Entertainment Partners, you will lead the execution of strategic product initiatives within our Production Finance portfolio, using data and market analysis to inform decisions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement a product strategy that aligns with company goals. Your role includes guiding the product management team from ideation to launch, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. You'll prioritize features based on market research and customer feedback, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead product initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Use data, market research, and customer feedback to prioritize features and guide product decisions.

Collaborate across departments to refine product strategy, considering market trends and customer needs.

Mentor the product management team, promoting innovation and accountability.

Oversee the product lifecycle, from planning to post-launch analysis.

Identify and mitigate risks in product development.

Track product performance through key metrics and iterate on features accordingly.

Ensure products meet customer expectations by championing the customer voice throughout development.

Monitor industry trends to adjust product strategies.

Lead new product development and enhancements based on market needs and customer feedback.

Drive market expansion strategies and pursue strategic partnerships.

Oversee platform integrations to enhance customer value.

Implement programs to improve customer engagement and retention.

Use data analytics to optimize product performance.

Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.

Manage the product portfolio, focusing on high-potential opportunities.

Encourage innovation and R&D projects within the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

8-10 years of product management and leadership experience with accounting software applications.

Strong analytical and strategic skills with a proven track record of success.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams.

Expertise in driving innovation and exceptional customer service.

Demonstrates integrity, adaptability, and continuous learning.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $260,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
