Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Usability Researcher position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Usability Researcher will join the Commerce and Ecosystem organization, working collectively to foster customer empathy and implement user-centered approaches for the team. This is an exciting opportunity to engage in primary research aimed at comprehending user needs, assessing prototypes, product concepts, and user experiences within the products under development.
In this role you will:Design and conduct primary research to understand customer needs, pain points, and unmet needs.Employ research methodologies and be able to make decisions on best research technique to use based on business goals and timeline.Own the customer findings in the areas of coverage and evangelize the customer to design and engineering team.Develop research plans for assigned areas, and build consensus with team members.Benefits and Perks

8+ years of experience as a Usability Researcher.Experience summarizing data and performing statistical analysis.Expertise in modern research tools such as dscout, Qualtrics, UT.com and/or UserZoom.Experience with research methods.
