Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Usability Researcher to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. The tight-knit team environment and the chance to work on cutting-edge projects make this a compelling opportunity for growth and impact.In this role you will:Conduct B2B UX research on various audiences, including individual employees, People leaders, IT Admins/Managers, and HR/Data analysts.Collaborate with Design and Product Management partners on priority design projects from early-stage foundational research to iterative design evaluations.Perform UX Health studies to evaluate the readiness of design-built experiences for release.Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data through interviews, group discussions, and surveys.Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data, complementing other research.Benefits and Perks

5-7 years of hands-on research and/or product planning experience in a technology industry setting.Expertise in everyday research tools and independent usage of tools like Figma, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience conducting unmoderated/moderated user testing, analysis and reporting, and balancing multiple studies.Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.Experience presenting and socializing research insights.
