In this exciting role, you'll be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with UX Designers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to address critical user needs. This opportunity allows you to work independently while contributing to collaborative, growth-oriented projects.In this role you will:Conduct B2B UX research, targeting audiences like individual employees, People leaders, IT Admins/Managers, and HR/Data analystsCollaborate with Design and Product Management teams on priority design projects, from foundational user research to iterative design evaluationsPerform UX Health studies to ensure design-built experiences meet release standardsDevise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as interviews, group discussions, and surveysDerive insights from quantitative and qualitative data, contributing to the overall research strategyPrioritize work aligned with the design team's needs in collaboration with UX Research partnersBenefits and Perks

Required Skills:5 Years of experience with unmoderated/moderated User Testing5 Years of experience in Analysis and Reporting5 Years of experience in Balancing Multiple StudiesPreferred Skills:5-7 years of relevant research experience, preferably in HCI, market research, human factors, or psychologyProficiency in conducting moderated and unmoderated user testing, analysis, and reportingExperience balancing multiple studies and independently managing research projectsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively
