Position Overview:Tenure faculty (regardless of rank)
- Tenure track faculty position in Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health; serves as Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator on sponsored research grants and on original research projects; conceptualizes, plans, designs, implements and conducts research studies in the areas of Psychiatry, Neuroscience, and Behavioral Health; develops and writes grant proposals to seek and obtain funding to support research program; secures and maintains NIH RO1 or equivalent funding; writes and publishes research in high quality peer reviewed, scientific journals; attends and makes presentations of research at national and international scientific conferences; develops national and international scholarly reputation; instructs and mentors junior scientists, doctoral and postdoctoral students, medical students, residents and fellow trainees; participates in division, department, college and university committees and initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
Earned a doctorate (PhD) or other terminal degree in the relevant field of study.
Experience in conducting research in Psychiatry, Neuroscience, and Behavioral Health.
Track record of securing funding and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.

- Persons with titles of assistant professor-clinical, associate professor-clinical and professor-clinical. These faculty will have earned a doctor of medicine (MD), doctorate (PhD) or other terminal degree in the relevant field.
Tenure-Track faculty (regardless of rank)
- Persons with the titles of assistant professor, associate professor, or professor who are eligible for tenure or who have obtained tenure.
Research Faculty (regardless of rank)
- Persons with the titles of research assistant professor, research associate professor, or research professor. These faculty will have earned a doctorate (PhD) or other terminal degree in the relevant field of study.
