Open Rank, Clinical Faculty Appointment (CFA)This faculty member in the Division of Pediatrics will:Have specific clinical expertise in cellular therapies and stem cell transplantation or neuro-oncology. Other fields of interest might be considered if there is strong evidence of potential for program building.Lend clinical expertise and provide care and direct the management of children, adolescents, and young adults with medical conditions treatable by hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or adoptive cellular therapy.Maintain a supportive research, teaching, and clinical practice environment for trainees and clinical team members.This Department Pediatrics - Patient Care faculty member will have a joint appointment in the Department of Stem Cell Transplantation. Refer to the Department of Pediatrics – Patient Care web page for additional information about the department and its programs.Medical Education:Medical degree and residency requirements as defined by the Texas Medical Board.Completed residency training in an approved American Residency Program or equivalent. Must be board certified or board eligible in the American Board of Pediatrics.Must be board certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology or foreign equivalent if applicable or obtain board certification within four years of employment.Experience:At least 2 years’ experience as an Instructor or 5 years post-degree with any combination of time as a clinician, clinical scientist, or GME trainee.Work Location:

This position has a target base salary of $183,582 to $367,301 and is eligible for incentive compensation, comprehensive health, wellness, time off, savings, and retirement benefits, as well as relocation support, as applicable.Equal Opportunity Employer:
