Entry-level field work involving the location and description of mosquito breeding sites, the collection and preliminary identification of the several stages of mosquito development pest control, preparation of various maps and charts and keeping of biological records; and related work as required.High School Diploma or G.E.D. issued by a State Department of Education.Current driver's license.Applicants must be in good physical condition, should be able to swim, and should be capable of considerable outdoor field work. Some background in biology or field entomology is desirable.This position requires a one (1) year probationary period.* Prior to appointment, the hiring agency is required to verify education and driver's license claimed by the applicant to qualify for this classification. If selected for hire, applicant must provide original documents for their qualifying credentials to the hiring agency prior to their start date in this job.A rating of training and experience, weighted 100%.
