Join us for in-school and after-school sessions.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and capture students' interest.Establish a secure and encouraging learning environment that prioritizes students' well-being and academic achievements.Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a positive and productive learning setting.Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a comprehensive and enriching educational journey for students.Maintain precise student progress records and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding accomplishments and development.Qualifications:
To be considered for the Performing Art Instructor position in Baltimore, MD, US, applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction in this role.Proficiency in GSuite is required, and the ability to quickly learn new systems is a must.Candidates need to be available for weekends and evenings with schedule flexibility.A valid driver's license with a clean driving history and access to a reliable personal vehicle are mandatory.Compensation:
$30 - $35 hourly
