As the Senior Sous Chef at our facility, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Culinary Department's success. This role involves assisting in overseeing kitchen operations, supervising food preparation, and collaborating closely with the Executive Chef to innovate menu items and manage kitchen staff. If you have a passion for culinary excellence and a knack for leadership, this is your chance to make a significant impact.What You'll Do:Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, including cost controls, menu planning, and food expenditure.Develop and execute catering events and roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with our marketing and culinary team.Oversee the preparation and garnishment of daily menu items, ensuring quality and creativity in every dish.What We're Looking For:A.O.S.
