BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is looking for a dedicated Process Development Scientist to join our innovative team. This role is essential in the progression of cutting-edge solutions in the biopharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will design, conduct, and analyze scientific experiments, contributing to process enhancements while collaborating closely with senior management.Key Responsibilities:Conceive, design, and execute scientific experiments under general guidance.Provide data analysis, interpretation, and assess the impact on the project.Develop and implement innovative protocols for specific scientific challenges.Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations during all studies.Stay updated on scientific advancements in the field and introduce advanced methods where appropriate.Lead and participate in department-wide initiatives such as safety, recruiting, and committee activities.Represent the department in cross-functional teams and initiate collaborations.Write scientific reports, regulatory documents, invention disclosures, and patents.Offer advice on experimental design and provide data interpretation support.Develop supervisory and mentoring skills to guide team members.Competencies:Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong knowledge of cGMP principles.Creative and innovative thinking in scientific experimentation.Ability to motivate and supervise others.Experience in project management, conflict resolution, and multitasking.Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree ORMaster’s degree with 5 years of scientific experience ORBachelor’s degree with 6 years of scientific experience.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Technology Transfer, pharmaceutical, medical devices, and biotechnology manufacturing processes.Strong understanding of GXP for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical operations.Advanced skills in scientific analysis, experimental design, and troubleshooting.Proven ability to manage projects and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication, with expertise in technical writing and business presentations.Experience working cross-functionally and building collaborative relationships.Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational and teamwork skills.Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of raw materials, in-process controls, packaging materials, labeling, and finished product variables.Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.Experience interacting with upper and middle management, and providing group technical guidance.
