The Economics Area in the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly is creating a pool of eligible part-time lecturers for possible teaching assignments in principles of economics and/or upper level economics courses during the summer, fall, winter, and/or spring quarters of the 2024-2025 academic year. Assignments will be contingent upon budget and enrollments.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMust have Master's degree or Doctorate in economics or related field. Must maintain currency in professional field. Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral use of the English language is required.The Orfalea College of Business is committed to creating and sustaining a diverse university community that reflects and serves the population of California.
