Our Super Star Manager would share the responsibility of overseeing an assigned Venue in regard to the following:
General management and nightlife / bar operations
Money management and cash handling procedures
Internal and executive leadership communications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Ability to recognize talented people and build successful teams
Continually strive to develop the staff, including Supervisors, in all areas of managerial and professional development
Training, developing, testing, and coaching of Venue's Cast
Must be able to travel to other locations as assigned for varied lengths of times based on venue needs, and as determined by Leadership
Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
Create sales goals, manage the location’s budget, and implement tools to generate revenue; provide these reports to Leadership weekly
Accommodate and anticipate Guests needs
Accurately forecast hiring needs to ensure optimum Guest service and hospitality
Ensure all Guest service standards meet Company Guidelines
Ensure that Venue events and promotions are successful
Prepare all required Cast onboarding and Entertainer paperwork, including schedules
Ensure that all bar / kitchen / maintenance equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition
Ensure that all inventory and daily/nightly reports are completed in accordance with GoBEST! policies and procedures
Assists with conflict resolution, corrective actions and coaching
Oversee and ensure that Cast performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner
Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, and county municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor law requirements
Assist Management and Cast as needed to ensure Guest service standards and efficient operations, including opening and closing duties
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to the Company standards
EDUCATION / ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES AND REQUIREMENTS:
College degree preferred
3-5 years of supervisory experience in the entertainment industry
Experience in a high volume nightclub preferred
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required
Valid Driver’s License required
Possession of/or ability to possess valid work cards as required by state/city
WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Knowledge of POS and back office reporting systems
Knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management
Knowledge of nightclub operations and beverage service
Knowledge of fine dining preferred
Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls as it applies to supplies & beverage products
Knowledge of state and local laws as it applies to beverage, labor, and health code regulations
WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE:
Office, bar, gentleman’s lounges, nightclubs
Ability to work in environments that are subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, smoke, adult content
Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays
SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Security Level – HIGH
Must attend regularly scheduled Security & Legal Seminars
Must obtain all required licenses and certifications necessary to uphold policies
