Job description

Scope:

We are seeking a Christ-loving, direct support to the President. This newest member will be responsible for direct implementation and execution of tasks (both administrative and by project) assigned by President. We’re looking for someone who can multi-task with speed, accuracy and meticulousness.

The Executive Lead will play a role in cross-organizational process, from day-to-day administration to personnel onboarding and other ad hoc projects and processes. As such, our ideal candidate will need to be flexible and able to prioritize masterfully.

We anticipate travel up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications:

Agreement with and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Principle (https://preborn.com/statement-of-faith), with a strong desire to serve Jesus Christ in a position of administration.

Intercession before God on behalf of all facets of ministry.

Maturity in spiritual warfare, love for the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Fidelity to a biblical, evangelical growing lifestyle. 100% pro-life.

Significant experience in Microsoft Office, administration, databases, design, print & mail operations, and management of an office.

Exceptional ability & desire to manage detail in simultaneous projects on an ongoing basis - an implementer.

Proven analytical and organizational skills to ensure data and programmatic integrity.

Experience establishing and conservatively managing budgets.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and to work efficiently on a team while having strong self-management skills.

Adaptability and flexibility to different organizations’ and management requirements.

Ability to write with accurate proofreading skills.

Ability to work effectively with a team.

Ability to anticipate program, organizational and leadership needs and prioritize accordingly.

Desire to manage both program and people.

Business Degree or extensive experience in a related field.

Duties:

Generating appointments for the President from established donor leads.

Seeing to completion all items assigned by the President.

Managing all logistics pertaining to President’s activities.

Coordinating support for the President when he’s traveling.

Preparing the President’s calendar, priorities and providing necessary materials for expedient and efficient facilitation of President’s time.

Forwarding as assigned, all President initiated details, efforts and projects, and communicate to appropriate parties.

Acting as the point of contact/support for the President when he’s traveling.

Coordinating schedules and meetings for and between the executive team.

Coordinating, producing and preparing the President’s daily docket.

Coordinating and communicating project and routine details between the President and related parties.

Sending out organizational memos on behalf of the President.

Bringing relevant issues to executive team.

Managing expense reconciliation for President’s company credit card.

Research and other ad hoc projects as assigned by the President.

Position Deliverables:

Successful coordination of the President’s schedule.

Clean and organized filing of President’s projects and related items.

Timely furnishing of President requested reports and deliverables.

Completion of President initiated events, tasks and projects.

100% compliance on President’s expense reporting.
