Leads Huntington’s technology strategy for foundational technology components. This includes API strategy, datahub, development frameworks, and technology best practices. Will lead the technology transformation effort across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise technology, project management, and a deep understanding of the financial services landscape.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive enterprise technology strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.Develop cloud and technology roadmap. Support and drive application migration and development in cloud.Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement across the organization.Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure service delivery meets business needs and budgetary constraints.Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.Ensure that all technology systems and processes comply with industry regulations, including data privacy and security standards.Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on technology strategy and operations.Drive digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies that enhance business processes and customer experiences.Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging teams to explore new technologies and improve existing systems.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, promoting professional development and collaboration.Establish clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to ensure team alignment with organizational objectives.Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and external partners, to understand technology needs and gather feedback on system performance.Communicate technology strategies and updates effectively to non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the financial services industry. Needs 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.Proven experience managing large-scale technology transformation efforts.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation trends.Exempt Status:
