Summary:The Product Manager, Commercial/Enterprise is focused on developing and managing products aimed at commercial and enterprise clients. This includes identifying new opportunities, preparing business cases, launching new products, managing product profitability, and contributing to the strategic growth of the product line.Duties and Responsibilities:Drive products for Commercial/Enterprise customers, especially receivables/merchant. Identify vertical product opportunities, develop business cases, and launch solutions that address client needs. Drive product go-to-market strategy in focus verticals and work with external vendors and internal partners to bring products to market. Manage the technical requirements for product integration, oversee project execution and collaborate with third-party partners in product development, as well as manage these partnerships.Build and manage fintech payments ecosystem to serve vertical product needs of our customers, integrate ecosystem with Huntington’s payment rails, manage partners and influence feature roadmap.Support the commercialization and marketing efforts of these products by training internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they leverage the full potential of the enterprise product suite and fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, development, and operations teams to bring products to market successfully.Responsible for managing product P&L, including tracking, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), managing product profitability, and ensuring the product line drives sustainable growth for the Bank. Additionally, provide operational support for these products, including handling third-party billing, revenue sharing reports, client engagement, escalations, compliance issues and managing additional product management tasks such as third-party Management, Risk approvals, and legal agreement drafting.Other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of 8 years of payments product and solutioning experience.Preferred Qualifications:Strong expertise in Merchant / receivables business servicing larger/mid-market clients.Strong knowledge of ISV (independent software vendor) payment needs and solutions to help monetize payments.Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional product projects or integrations, particularly those involving enterprise merchants and extensive experience with integrating third-party platforms.In-depth knowledge of merchant acquiring, payment processing, and related technologies, including a strong understanding of the intricacies of enterprise-level solutions.Experience working within Agile methodologies and a collaborative, iterative development environment.A technical background with hands-on experience in API tooling, developer portals, and documentation frameworks.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Thorough knowledge of various software programs including Word and Excel, and the ability to quickly learn additional systems/software.Exempt Status:
