Seeking motivated and energetic Assistant General Manager to run the hotel working closely with Corporate Office. Candidate must be able to train and lead staff in all departments, including maintenance, front desk and housekeeping as a "hands-on" Manager. Must have the knowledge and drive to increase hotel revenues.Only Candidates With Previous Hotel Management Experience Will Be Considered For Interview And/Or Employment!!!Responsibilities
Run all aspects of the daily operations of the hotel as a "Hands-on" Assistant General Manager reporting to the Corporate OfficeAchieve the highest level of Guest Service SatisfactionSales and Marketing for Guest Room Blocks including internet-based promotions and advertisingAssist in hiring and training all new staffSupervise all departments, including Maintenance, Front Desk, and HousekeepingWork with the Housekeeping Supervisor to conduct random room inspectionsPrepare and pass hotel Q&A InspectionsControl spending and expenses/control ordering of hotel suppliesForward all invoices, checks, and receipts to the Corporate Office for accounting purposesFollow up with previous clients for guest room blocks as well as efforts to bring in new businessQualifications
Must
have a minimum of 2 years of Hotel Management experienceWyndham brand experience preferredMust
have strong sales and marketing experience to promote and bring in Guest Room Block revenueProven record as a successful leader as Assistant General Manager showing results of profits in sales and hotel operationsMust be able to direct and supervise staff in all departmentsCandidates can either live on-site or must live locally with reliable transportationCompensation
$30,000 - $45,000 yearlyAbout Wyndham Property
