Trilogy at Vistancia is comprised of three feature club experiences, the golf club, the original community centerpiece, Kiva Club, and the recently introduced Mita Club. The golf course, the feature restaurant, V's Taproom, the full-service Alvea Spa, and the events & weddings venue are all available to the public.

Where:

Peoria, 40 minutes west of Scottsdale & Northwest of downtown Phoenix, Arizona

Benefits:

New management full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week, will be eligible for the Company medical, dental and life insurance plans the first of the month following the first day of full-time employment.

Full-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (“PTO”) in accordance with the Company policy at a rate of 120 hours per year.

Full-Time team members are eligible for 7 paid holidays annually.

All team members 21 years and older are eligible to participate in the J.F. Shea Co., Inc. 401(k) plan after completion of 30 days of service.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Lifestyle Director assists the club in achieving its most critical goal: bringing the community to life through events, programming, communications, and more. To do this, the Lifestyle Director works with his/her peers throughout the Club in developing activities and events that will draw interest from a wide variety of Members, and then collecting and organizing the necessary logistics to make these events happen.

There are six core roles to the Lifestyle Director position:

Club Ambassador:

This role is the face of the Club, rallying Members to support the Club and its efforts.

Marketing Communicator:

This role supports the Club’s overall goal to increase participation.

MTL Maximizer:

This role is responsible for ensuring the community website is up-to-date and accurate.

Utility Player:

This role must be willing to jump in and do what needs to be done to help the Club be successful.

Financial Administrator:

This role has to manage the budget and ensure the administration of the role is handled.

Innovator-in-Chief:

This role must be creative in developing new, unique activities that can enrich Members’ lives.

The Lifestyle Director must be able to deploy a wide variety of skills, including personality, charisma, empathy, creativity, copywriting, creative development, web content management, email/text/alert deployment, and more.

To be successful in this role, the Lifestyle Director must be internally motivated, detail-oriented, and have a sense of purpose that aligns with the Club’s vision. This position reports to the Club General Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf (BSRG) to support the achievement of company goals.

Create a comprehensive member program that includes monthly activities and events for recreation, enrichment, creative expression, and travel.

Work with other department leaders to develop synergistic programs.

Host Club events and solicit feedback from attendees for future improvement.

Create strategic partnerships to share information and create engaging lifestyle events.

Maintain open communication with Members to share ideas.

Support the budget creation process and monitor the budget to assure financial goals are met.

Update the member website,

My Trilogy Life

daily.

Contribute to #MyTrilogyLife magazine.

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in hospitality or travel industry.

Two years’ experience in event planning and budgeting preferred.

Experience in a Homeowners Association (HOA) a plus.

Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification required.

Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Must possess basic computational ability and budgetary analysis skills.

Must demonstrate initiative and independent decision-making capabilities.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends required.

Valid Driver’s License required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position generally operates in a professional indoor office environment with some outdoor exposure. Routine use of standard office equipment is expected.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee is regularly required to speak, hear, sit, stand, walk, use hands, and occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds.

TRAVEL:

This position may require up to 20% travel for local activities and events.
