Our events range from continental breakfasts and lunches to 5-course plated meals and large events.We are looking for a Catering Executive Chef with great communication and training skills. This is a high-level catering culinary role that will be hands-on to support all catering operations at the account. The Catering Executive Chef will manage a culinary team of hourly employees and will be responsible for menu creation, meeting with potential clients, ordering, and inventory.Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for an Executive Catering Chef who:Ensures all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served.Has strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses, salads, sauce work, and pastry and baking.Has a strong knowledge of food and can cook using multiple styles of cuisine, recognizing and reacting to contemporary trends in catering.Uses correct food terminology and cooking methods.Is constantly looking for new recipes and ideas that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole.Plays a key role in enthusiastically mentoring culinary personnel.The Good Eating Company was established in London in 1999 around the kitchen table, over several bottles of Ribera del Duero. We had the dream of bringing restaurant-quality food to onsite dining – at a time when uninspiring sandwiches and soggy salads were typically on offer. We're passionate about delectable, fresh food. We take pride in crafting imaginative and well-balanced dishes daily, with a straightforward philosophy: collaborating with forward-thinking organizations that value their members and seek exceptional, creative dining experiences.The food we make shapes our culture, builds our communities, and connects us all.
