The Sussex-Wantage Regional School District is seeking a highly qualified and exceptional educational leader to fill the position of Sussex Middle School Vice-Principal (approx. 320 students). The successful candidate should possess:
1. Instructional as well as Administrative experience preferred.2. Experience working with student discipline, HIB, and school security preferred.3. Sound understanding of proven methods to increase student achievement.4. Demonstrated ability to foster teacher collaboration and professional growth.5. Established track record of coordinating parent and community support for school programs.6. Strong interpersonal skills.7. New Jersey Principal Certification or Certificate of Eligibility.
