The selected candidate will be part of the Quality team to support process development, analytical assay and cGMP activities for antibody drug development and production needs.Required Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine QC analytical assays including but not limited to ELISA, HPLC and SDS-PAGE for therapeutic proteins, antibodies and protein antigens;Conduct sample collection and routine QC testing for WFI system including pH and conductivity measurements;Participate in design, development, optimization and execution of testing methods, analyze and interpret testing results with a minimum of supervision;Follow the SOPs of quality management system (QMS) and participate in practices of OOS handling, investigation and associated CAPA if required;Record, organize and archive all testing documents in compliance with good documentation practice (GDP);Contribute to laboratory organization and maintenance;Adapt to shifting goals and priorities as required.Required Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or relevant majors with at least 3 years of analytical experiences in biologics; Advanced degree will be a plus;Basic knowledge and understanding of QC practices in compliance with industry regulations, previous QC experiences in pharmaceutical preferable;Extensive knowledge and experience in analytical testing for QC laboratory including but not limited to HPLC, ELISA and SDS-PAGE;Strong background in protein biochemistry and chromatography with detail-oriented;Knowledge and experience in Quality Management System (QMS) including cGMP manufacturing, GLP and industry compliance will be a great plus;Good documentation and communication skills;Collaborative and proactive working attitude with mindset of teamwork.About SparX Group
