Carnegie Mellon University (Mountain View, CA) is looking for an Assistant Teaching Professor to teach and advise graduate students in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). Responsibilities include teaching software engineering courses that cover software engineering foundations, engineering large software systems, cloud computing, scientific computing, autonomy, big data, IoT, security, and AI-based systems. The position requires a Ph.D. or foreign degree equivalent in Information Technology or a related field, along with an established record in research and teaching.
