Some of the compliance skills we are currently looking for include:Air permitting (Title V and minor source)Stormwater/ SWPPPRCRA /Hazardous wasteOil Storage/ SPCC plansIndustrial wastewaterSustainabilityTo be successful in this role you will need to be confident and possess a strong technical background with proven leadership skills. You will manage projects, prepare reports and other deliverables, and review documents prepared by others for accuracy, completeness, and quality following company standards. You will also lead local and regional environmental compliance marketing efforts; maintain existing and develop new client relationships; and train, mentor, and direct staff on projects. You will serve as a local point of contact for Environmental Compliance services and provide support on regional and national projects and pursuits.Essential Roles and Responsibilities:Grow and expand existing environmental compliance servicesPrepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverablesManage projects and staff to ensure quality and timelinessUnderstand the local and regional marketDevelop strong working relationships with clientsDevelop proposals in response to RFPs and client requestsParticipate in the development of local and regional marketing strategiesSupport safety efforts to promote safety rules and guidelinesEvaluate problems and develop practical solutions that enable our clients to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related science field and a minimum of 9 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years’ related experience.Master’s degree or PhD preferred.Certification in field of expertise required.Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.This position has been categorized as a “Remote Only” position. “Remote Only” employees do not have a designated workspace at an office, and typically work from home or another location.The national standard salary range for this position is $87,000-$136,100. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant.
