The responsibilities for the position include:Support the implementation of large-scale payment transformation and health care insurance coverage projects.Apply methods and techniques to manage and analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data.Construct, clean, and properly document large datasets for analysis.Conduct literature reviews to support projects and proposals.Support technical assistant activities.Support research teams in project management and administrative activities such as setting up Zoom and Teams video conference calls, coordinate across multiple calendars to arrange meetings, and manage timelines and budgets.Support client relationship management, including communicating with clients, write-up client-ready meeting summaries, and making logistical arrangements.Support collaboration among team members, both internal and external to the organization.Support business development activities, including coordinating proposal activities, managing timelines, collecting materials, and supporting development of proposal budgets.Review work products to ensure quality and consistency of content.Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, and Experience:Master's degree in economics, public policy, public health, data science, or related social science field required,

OR

bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Experience and knowledge of data analysis and data management techniques.Knowledge of statistical software such as SAS, STATA, and/or R.Report and/or proposal preparation experience.Knowledge of Medicare or Medicaid is preferred, but not required.Skills:Proficiency with Word and Excel.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when writing.Comfortable working in a virtual/dispersed work environment.Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work independently.Excellent interpersonal skills ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.Disclosures:Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
