Overview:Long Shadows Vintners and Nine Hats Wines is seeking a Wine Club Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in wine club management, event planning, and hospitality, with a passion for creating exceptional experiences for our customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Retail and Tasting Room Managers to develop and execute effective wine club strategies that enhance the customer experience and increase sales. This position is primarily based out of our Woodinville tasting room, with occasional travel to both the Walla Walla winery and the Nine Hats tasting room in SODO.

Responsibilities:Manage and grow the wine club membership program, including acquisition, retention, and engagement of members.Develop wine club goals including membership acquisition and retention and tracking revenue and expenses.Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase wine club membership and sales.Work with Tasting Room Managers to create and implement strategies to increase foot traffic to the tasting rooms.Create compelling and informative wine club communications, including newsletters, emails, social media, and event invitations.Coordinate and process wine club shipments and ensure accurate billing and shipping information for each member.Plan and execute wine club events and experiences, including release weekends and other events to enhance the club member experience.Develop and manage relationships with wine club members and winery customers, responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with the winery's hospitality team to ensure that wine club members receive VIP treatment when visiting the winery.Develop relationships with vendors, caterers, and event planners to ensure high-quality events.Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including set-up and clean-up.Oversee and train event staff to ensure exceptional customer service.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for wine club management and hospitality, keeping management informed.Provide concierge services for VIPs.Assist in the tasting room when needed.Proactively manage and update OrderPort database.

Qualifications:3+ years of experience in wine club management and hospitality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Passion for wine and the ability to convey that passion to others.
