Senior Digital Solutions Engineer
Apply for a hybrid position in various locations including Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; Sacramento, CA; and Washington, DC.What We Need:We’re looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager.What You'll Do:Support advertisers and sales with end-to-end digital planning & activation.Respond to digital RFPs and craft media plans based on business objectives and KPIs.Ensure client goals are met through proactive management and optimization.Measure clients' advertising campaign success and ROI through actionable insights and data-driven storytelling.Work cross-functionally and act as a liaison between multiple internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales) and external partners to ensure successful onboarding and growth of accounts.What You'll Need:Strong understanding and passion for digital media and advertising with a successful track record of coaching others in digital practices.Proven track record managing production workflow, timelines, and schedules.Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Experience using reporting and research tools to inform proposal development.Analytical ability to assess campaign performance data and deliver insights to advertisers.Knowledge of the latest industry trends and how digital advertising works.Advanced Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Google DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) is a plus.Experience in Digital Advertising planning and buying.Drive to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.An understanding of the Digital Audio and Podcast Industry is a plus.An understanding of Paid & Influencer Social Media is a plus.What You'll Bring:Respect for others and a belief in mutual respect.Full proficiency and understanding of job function.Open communication that encourages collaboration and team consensus.Strong problem-solving skills.Efficiency with independent work under minimal guidance.Commitment to process improvement for overall team effectiveness.Professional communication that stresses diplomacy, empathy, and patience.Compensation:Salary to be determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and alignment with market data. $28.85 - $36.06.Location:Austin, TX: 5001 Plaza On the Lake, Suite 105, 78746.Position Type:
