We are based in Dallas, TX and also have offices in Austin, New York, Chicago, Portland, and Belfast.If you are seeking a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where you'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact, and you have the guts to change everything, this is the place for you.AFS has received a number of prestigious industry awards, including:2021, 2020, 2019, and 2018 Best Wealth Management Company - presented by Fintech Breakthrough Awards2021 Most Innovative Companies - presented by Fast Company2021 Best API & Best Trading Technology - presented by Global Fintech AwardsABOUT THIS ROLEResponsibilities for Senior Solutions Engineers include:Manage day-to-day ASC queue tickets for distribution amongst the group and answer assigned ticketsMeet with external clients to assist and walk through API documentation and integration to Apex API suiteTest out new feature flags/enhancements to the API suite and our new SDKsWork with internal business units as if they were clients to improve systems and functionalityAssist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and review of software documentationMaintain knowledge base of system processing exceptions and operating processes and proceduresIdentify ways to improve customer experience and overall implementation processSenior Solutions Engineers should have the following experience:A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related major3-5 years in a prior role as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Software Developer, Developer Advocate, or similar rolePrior experience with Postman or Insomnia is a plus, but not requiredPrior experience with SQL is a plus, but not requiredPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
