Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant with at least 7 years of experience (3 years of experience supporting DoD) to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia in support of Assault Breaker II.As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will:Join an engaged, 100% employee-owned company.Have a direct impact on the success of a National Priority Program.Work with a team of driven, supportive, and highly skilled professionals.Receive a robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan!Week in the life of a Senior Administrative Assistant:Provide inputs to ABII portfolio objectives and assist in carrying out associated technical and program management responsibilities.Provide assistance in tracking TO deliverables.Organize meetings.Take notes of meeting minutes.Provide administrative assistance to all members of a technical team as required.Job Requirements
High School diploma / General Education Development (GED) credential and at least 7 years of experience (minimum 3 of the 7 years supporting DoD programs).Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.Demonstrated experience creating, compiling, and editing computer-generated documentation including technical text and graphics using the Microsoft Office Suite or comparable tools.Strong spelling and grammar skills.Ability to put documents in proper format is required.Founded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States.
