(Y/N) –Y, 1 FT PTTypical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Open heart/TAVR/LVAD implantsBest personality Fit: Respectful of manager, patients, staff; attention to safety, friendly/caring; manages time/attendance independentlyAble to participate in high level of coordination and communication throughout dayAwards/Recognition: Hospital has won multiple local and national recognitions 2023/2024Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Being a small hospital, communication is very good between providers and therapy and it is easy to get assistance with patient or staff needs; it is a very supportive environment. The 2 staff PT’s have 15 and 30+ years of experience and one is a certified wound care therapist. They are very supportive.Additional Details
