Overview of the Controller role:

• Set the company's strategy and direction including budgets and all financial reporting
• Oversee and drive accounting department, direct monthly close
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Improve accounting and financial processes as needed

Preferred Qualifications/Experience for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization

The Controller role is fully onsite in Saint Joseph, Michigan

Salary: $115,800.00 to $135,800.00
