They are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join the team and contribute to their financial reporting, consolidation, and month-end close processes. Overview of the Financial Analyst Role:
- Develop and manage ad hoc financial reports to support business decision-making and provide insights into key financial metrics.
- Assist with the consolidation of financial statements from multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and analyzing variances to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills and Power BI to analyze large datasets, create financial models, and generate visual reports that inform strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
