Responsibilities and Duties of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to assess financial performance.
- Manage reporting, forecasting, and annual planning processes.
- Collaborate with departments and leadership to provide insights on reports, analytics, and strategic goals.
- Conduct P&L, risk, and opportunity analysis to offer business insights.
- Assist with financial consolidation, reporting, and deliverables for headquarters.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and presentations for management.
- Recommend improvements to financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Address discrepancies and unsupported financial conditions.
- Provide financial consulting on pricing and special projects.
Experience Preferred of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 4+ years progressive accounting/finance experience
- Advanced modeling skills including advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
