Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including the timely and accurate closing of the books.
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to provide insights on financial performance and business improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
- Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
