What You'll Do:
- Take charge of the accounting for multiple properties within our growing portfolio.
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and perform variance analysis.
- Assist in annual budget creation and support audit processes.
- Collaborate with property managers and senior leadership to deliver insightful financial reports.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong grasp of GAAP principles and experience managing general ledger functions.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
