Compensation: $150k - $170k base + 20% bonus + LTI
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) - Downtown Austin, TX

Senior Accounting Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations, including monthly financial close and reporting
- Lead and develop a team of 7 accounting professionals
- Manage the annual financial statement audit and coordinate with auditors
- Conduct financial analyses and provide ad hoc reporting
- Ensure timely, accurate completion of the audit and financial reporting processes
- Design and implement internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance
Senior Accounting Manager
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of accounting experience with 3+ years in an Accounting Manager role (Public/Industry mix preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency in NetSuite
- High attention to detail and urgency with strong communication skills
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Preferred Industry Experience: SaaS, Tech, Start-Up, High Growth, PE-backed, or Pre-IPO companies
